Absolutely! If ever you are unhappy with your services please let us rectify it however we can!

Is an appointment necessary?

We highly recommend them! But please feel free to call day of or walk-in to see if we have time available!

Do you allow children in the salon?

Yes! If they have an appointment! We understand that sometimes things happen and your child must come with you however children are not permitted past the reception area without an appointment to ensure their protection.  But we recommend leaving your child at home for a little you time!

Do you accommodate late arrivals?

Here at Headz we pride ourselves on running prompt and on schedule to service you better! In the event that you are running late we will do our best to conduct your service however you may be subject to a rescheduled appointment.

How much should I tip?

Tipping is never expected and not included in service fee but if you feel your service has met or gone far beyond your expectations typically the industry standard is 15%-20% percent.

What is your pricing policy?

Prices start at a base price.  They are subject to change depending on time, involvement, and product used on the hair.  Please check out out our pricing page for more info.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover and of course Headz gift cards! Unfortunately at this time we do NOT accept American Express.

Should I schedule a consultation prior to my appointment?

It depends! Are you a new client and wanting to meet your stylist prior to your service? Do you want to completely change up your look? Are you thinking of doing something trendy like a fashion color or a balayage? Then perhaps! All of our services have built in time for a consultation but if you think it may take more than 10 minutes please come in for a complimentary consultation so that appropriate time can be scheduled for your service.
